As we open, Sieuchin
is still trapped inside of Crione Man's (Hydrozoa) rib cage.
Sieuchin's mother comes to his rescue again with a fish, but
Crione explains that it would be no use, as Sieuchin would still
have to break free of the ribs. Sieuchin's little sister says
she'll save the fish until Sieuchin busts out of the ribs.
Sieuchin passes out and Crione Man is victorious. Adding insult
to injury, Crione launches upwards for his finishing move (which
is senseless, because Sieuchin has already lost).
Crione Man comes down and crashes the head of Sieuchin into the
top of a ring post. This is the XYZ Crash. Sieuchin's tusks
break off, and Crione lets Sieuchin slip free and fall into the
river below. Crione Man then takes this opportunity to explain
that he was superior to Sieuchin, and that he should have been
training instead of doing good deeds for people. He says that
even IF Sieuchin had stuck to his training regimen, he STILL
would have beat him, because he is so good. Mantaro and Dead
Signal (Road Rage) begin to argue, and Road Rage begins to
insult Mantaro and his team. A puppy walks on and Dead Signal
insults it too. Mantaro walks over to the puppy and pets it. He
picks up the puppy and sets it on the table in front of Dead
Signal and the puppy pisses on Dead Signal. They are right in
each others face when Meat notices that Mantaro is trying to
hide his tears. Sieuchin's sister calls for Mantaro and tosses
him the fish that she was going to give to Sieuchin. She charges
him that he must win this match for Sieuchin's sake. Mantaro
catches the fish and while he raises it in the air, he vows to
avenge his friend.
Back to Hercules Hand in the Stadium, Scar Face (Eskara) files
his nails in preparation for his fight against Terry the Kid.
Terry enters the venue wearing two flags tied to his arms. One
is in honor of Gazelleman, the other for Sieuchin. The crowd
goes wild for the sentiment. Back at Achilles' Heel, Mantaro
tries a similar tactic to please the crowd. He strolls toward
the ring wearing a karate outfit with the fish that Sieuchin's
sister gave him, tied to his back. The crowd is repelled by the
smell and throws stuff at him. One of the hits the fish and the
mouth becomes stuck on Mantaro's head. Back to the Arena, Terry
is prepping in the corner while Scar Face charges him. Terry,
expecting this, dodges easily and lands a nasty kick to Scar
Face's chest. Meanwhile, at the river, Mantaro is in the ring,
delaying the start of the match, trying to remove the fish stuck
on his head. He does and he and Dead Signal start out with a
test of strength. Dead Signal tosses Mantaro into the ropes, but
when Mantaro comes off the ropes, he skillfully dodges a
clothesline by Dead Signal. He then throws a couple of mean
kicks to Dead Signal's legs, buckling them. As he attempts his
third kick, Dead Signal's head morphs from the red triangle to a
"Left Turn Only" sign. Mantaro is deflected to the left before
landing his blow. He tries another kick and is again deflected.
Dead Signal Explains that Mantaro has to obey the signs.
Mantaro, being the dope that he is, pulls out a hand made beef
guidon sign and tells Dead Signal to use it on him. Dead Signal
is puzzled, he has never seen it before. Meat is curious too,
and Mantaro explains that he made it and what it is for.
Immediately he launches into his cow song. Dead Signal is irked
and morphs into a railroad crossing. He employs his hypnotic
powers to make Mantaro think he is actually on the tracks. Dead
Signal causes a wind storm which rips free a billboard with the
front of a train on it and it flies at Mantaro, flattening him.
Stunned by being hit by a train, Meat explains it was just a
sign, and Mantaro tries to leave to ring to escape. Dead Signal
uses his fenders (around his waist) to reach out and grab
Mantaro and pull him in close, trapping him. (He call this
fender benders). He then rotates his head sign fast and begins
to slice Mantaro (Sign Saw) as if his head were a circular saw. |

11/23/02 |
While Dead Signal is
giving him a beating with his saw, Mantaro manages to repell
himself away. Dead Signal responds with a headlock and fires up
his Sign Saw once again. Mantaro reverses with a back suplex,
slamming Dead Signal hard to the canvas. He is about to hit him
again, when Dead Signal morphs his head to a "Beware of Falling
Rocks" sign. Mantaro then is tricked into thinking he is at the
base of a cliff.
As large boulders begin to fall (in Mantaro's imagination) a
large metal sign breaks free on a nearby building and comes at
Mantaro. Mantaro thinks this is a large boulder and successfully
deflects it, but is sent to the mat with the blow. Meat argues
with Harabote about the use of a foreign object (weapon) but
Harabote explains that it is legal, since Dead Signal never
actually left the ring to get the objects. Dead Signal rants
some more about how he obeys all the rules and attempts to
hypnotize the crowd into supporting him. They begin to cheer him
on. He grabs Mantaro and flings him into the air. Meat is
screaming for Mantaro to wake up, and just before Mantaro falls
prey to the Sign Saw again, Dead Signal suddenly veers to the
left. Mantaro is puzzled and Meat explains that a spilled bucket
of paint looks like a left turn only sign. Mantaro gets an idea
and paints a "Slow for Children" sign on the mat. Dead Signal
gripes that there are no children around but is still forced to
moves in slow motion. He is about to punch, when Mantaro paints
a no punching sign. Dead Signal tries a kick, and Mantaro paints
again. Dead Signal, furious, charges Mantaro but is stopped in
his tracks with a freshly painted crosswalk, complete with
pedestrians. Mantaro does a nice leg drop on Dead Signal,
followed by two powerful elbow drops. He then reaches for the
paint bucket, only to realize that it is empty now. Dead Signal
rages and begins to glow red.
Dead Signal rises up, bent and tattered, and Mantaro panics.
Meat tells him to use the signs already on the canvas. They are
foiled as Dead Signal covers the canvas with road tar. Dead
Signal slices Mantaro with his saw, then he lifts him above his
head, stretched out and cuts at his back. He then slams him to
the ground and continues to saw at his back. Meat urges Mantaro
to give 100% just like Sieuchin and Gazelleman, and this
encourages Mantaro, who powers up and flexes a couple of back
muscles to catch the blade in between them. He launches Dead
Signal into the air and does a powerful side body slam. Dead
Signal rises up and does his train crossing routine once more.
Meat urges him to look away so as not to be hypnotized again,
but Dead Signal grabs the puppy and drops it on the other side
of the guard rails. Mantaro is forced to decide if he should
step in front of the oncoming train to rescue the puppy, or not.
Mantaro decide to jump the rail to save the dog.
HE scoops up the dog and jump kicks the train (billboard) and
the illusion is broken again. Dead signal rants again about
Mantaro breaking the rules and the crowd becomes incensed. Dead
Signal explains that the greatest power a wrestler can have is
the support and cheers of the crowd. He says that Mantaro can't
win because he has neither. Mantaro explains that he doesn't
need the crowds support, he has all the support he needs in the
puppy that he is now comforting. He says he would do it again if
necessary. It is noticed that the angry crowd isn't mad at
Mantaro, but at Dead Signal for his treatment of the puppy. Dead
Signal lands a vicious heel to the head of Mantaro, knocking the
puppy into the air. Meat catches the dog, but Dead Signal grabs
Mantaro and slams his face into his yellow and green signal
lights. He does the same with the red light also. Mantaro is
staggered, but with the crowd rooting for him, he finds the
power to continue. Dead Signal starts the Sign Saw and Mantaro
turns his back to him. As Dead Signal charges, Mantaro launches
over top of him and lands behind him. He grasps him and does a
reverse body stretch on him and then preps him for the Kinniku
Buster. After landing the move, Dead Signal is out and Mantaro
is the winner. As they leave the ring, Meat and Mantaro look at
a video monitor to see how Terry is faring. It appears Terry is
in BIG trouble. |

Scar Face (Eskara)
whips out a rope and hog ties Terry the Kid. The announcers and
Harabote (Vince McMadd) exclaim that this is cheating. Jade
(Jaeger) explains that Scar Face never had any affection for the
rules and even slept through the course. Meat says this sounds
familiar (speaking of Mantaro) Harabote and another character
rush into the ring to stop the infraction. Terry says to let him
be, that he will beat Scar Face even though he is a cheater.
Terry spins loose of the ropes and lands an attack on Scar Face,
who is knocked back. Terry the Kid is loose and raring to go!
Terry attacks with anther spin kick, but Scar Face catches his
leg and performs a reverse suplex on him. Scar Face puts Terry
into a painful head lock, but Terry reverses it into a scissor
leg lock. Scar Face begins to punch at Terry, but Terry blocks
every blow. Jade yells out for Scar Face to use his punches
strategically, not in a barrage attack, but Scar Face tells him
to bugger off. Scar Face punches again, but Terry catches his
fist and changes from his scissor hold to a full body lock on
Scar Face's arm. After a few moments, Scar Face slams Terry
(still locked on his arm) onto his knee for a back breaker.
Terry, in pain, is still unrelenting. Scar Face rams his back
into the post. Terry falls to the mat. Jade tells Scar Face to
stop, he has won. But Scar face says he is not through, he is
going to decimate Terry the Kid. He tosses off his hat to reveal
a metal plate on the side of his head. Kevin mask has a
flashback, and finds Scar Face very familiar. Scar face grabs
Terry and launches up for a pile driver, but Terry lands on his
hands and stops the move. He topples Scar Face and reverses the
hold into a tornado twist. Scar Face seems to be in no pain and
his leg shatters like broken clay. Terry is bewildered, but Scar
Face explains the leg was fake, as is most of his body. He
removes his shirt to show more metal plates all over his torso.
Terry punches his face, but his face slides to the side as if it
were a mask. Scar Face then begins to morph into his true form.
Scar Face's true form is revealed, and Kevin Mask explains that
Terry is doomed. Jade is puzzled at the transformation, and Scar
Face says he needed the disguise to get where he is now. Scar
face attacks with a flurry of punches but Terry reverses the
attack into a Texas Calf branding hold. Scar face nonchalantly
escapes and performs the same move on Terry, but holding both
arms instead of one as he drives him into the canvas. He calls
it the Buffalo Brander. He insults Terry and tells him that he
will never be half the man his father was, and that he is a
disgrace to the Terry family name. He reminds Terry that much
more punishment is about to come, and Terry is petrified with
fear. Mantaro runs to help Terry, but trips over the balcony and
falls to the floor below. Scar face rushes at terry.
As Scar Face rushes at Terry, Terry stoops and does a leg sweep
to drop the big man. He does the Spinning Toe Hold on Scar face,
but again, Scar Face is undaunted and reverses it into a doubly
powerful move, using both of Terry's legs instead of one for the
maximum effect. Mantaro is climbing up the hand to help and
finally gets to the ring. A he does, he sees Scar face launch
into the air with Terry for a Kinniku Driver. He adds a
modification to this also, as he locks his legs around Terry's
head to increase the effect. He calls this the Ultimate Scar
Buster. Meat explains that the only flaw in the Kinniku Buster
was the fact that the victim could wiggle his head out of the
hold and get free, but that Scar Face has solved this problem
and perfected the move. Scar face lands the move and it looks as
if a small nuclear device has been set off. Terry is demolished
and Scar Face is declared the victor. Meat turns to ask Kevin to
explain what he knows about Scar Face, but Kevin is gone. Terry
is in great pain, and we see Mantaro howling as the episode
ends. |

11/30/02 |
We start off at a
ceremony as Harabote (McMadd) introduces Crione Man (Hydrozoa)
and Mantaro. Both fighters are lowered down to the stage in life
size action figure packaging. Crione Man comes out of his
packaging first and takes his seat. Mantaro can't seem to get
his package to open and farts while he is attempting to escape.
This creates panic as he fills the container with foul gasses.
Meat comes to the rescue and releases the bubble, but the entire
stage is stunk out. After Mantaro takes his seat, Scar face and
Jade are introduced. As they are lowered, it is noticed that
Jade is absent from his packaging. Scar Face sits in his chair,
and someone from the audience exclaims that he is one of the
good guys. Kevin says quietly that they don't know how wrong
they are. Scar Face looks around for Jade, but finds Brocken Jr.
instead.
Harabote is shocked to see Brocken, and they have a quick
discussion about Brocken leaving the Hercules Factory, where he
was the top trainer. Scar Face roughly grabs Brocken's shoulder
and asks him where Jade is at. Brocken twists his arm into and
excruciatingly painful hold and tells him never to touch him
again. He says that Jade is training for the next days match.
car Face belittles Jade, but Brocken Jr. tells him that he will
be defeated at the hands of Jade. Harabote wants an explanation
of how e knows jade, and Brocken tells the story of how, after
they had defeated the original Demon Chojins, there was peace on
Earth and that meant no more fighting. The fighting spirit was
so much a art of the Brocken family make up that it drove him
into depression not to be able to compete any more. One day he
returned to his mother's house in Germany, and found a young
Jade there. Jade was looking for him and wished to be trained by
him. He explained the grueling training that he out jade
through. One day while he was training Jade, he noticed that the
boy was holding something back from him. He told him to come
clean or else.
Jade explains that he was an orphan and that his aunt and uncle
had cared for him. He returned home one day to find his house
burnt down and his aunt in bad shape. Brocken tells him that his
powers can only be used for good and not for vengeance, but Jade
snaps back that he knows this. He wants to honor his fallen
family by training under the great Brocken Jr. Back to the
present. Scar face hurls more insults at Jade and Brocken Jr.
Mantaro, being the coward that he is, tries to team up with one
of the other fighters, but is quickly reminded that he will have
to make it alone.
Fight day, Meat is looking for Mantaro, but it appears he tied
up the fat guard and escaped out a window. He is strolling away,
trying to convince himself that he doesn't want to stay on earth
anyways and that the other guys can take care of themselves, but
he is repeatedly reminded of his need to fight for them by
numerous television news reports he passes by. Mantaro is
overcome with shame and realizes that he will have to fight. As
his match is being announced, Crione Man is introduced and he
makes his appearance in a floating block of ice. He breaks free
and lands in the ring. Mantaro is announced, but is
conspicuously absent. Meat fears he will be disqualified. But
suddenly they see Mantaro, swimming out the the ring to fight. |
| Episode 25 |
12/14/02 |
This one starts out
with Mantaro and Crione Man facing off in the ring. They charge
each other and Mantaro goes low and puts him in a menacing bear
hug. Crione Man screams in agony, and then, as if it were an
act, he slips out and jumps into the air for a Jelly Body
Attack. He opens up his body and falls to engulf Mantaro, but he
is repelled and Mantaro uses the opportunity to reverse suplex
him on to the top of his head. It is explained that Mantaro has
an adversity to water (especially baths) so he is not easily
absorbed into Crione's body, but is instead immune to the
attack. He stays put and applies more pressure to Crione Man's
neck and head. After a few minutes, Crione slips away again and
Mantaro puts him into a Scorpion Lock (similar to Terry's Clover
Hold) and wrenches pain into the back of Crione Man. Crione does
a few pushups to gain leverage and pushes off Mantaro towards
the ropes. He launches a nasty drop kick to the small of
Mantaro's back and Mantaro heads over the top rope.
Mantaro lands outside of the ring with his foot caught on the
top rope, just inches from the water. Meat tells him not to get
wet, because if he does, then Crione will be able to suck him
into his body. Irked at the save, Crione begins to cut away the
ropes with his hand which he morphs into a blade of ice. Mantaro
tries to escape, and mutters that Sieuchin better give him a
sign if he wants him to keep fighting. Suddenly, Mantaro freezes
as he sees Rinko and her friends shedding their outer garments
to reveal their swimsuits. Mantaro takes this as a sign, as the
girls mutter that they just had a strange notion, like a voice
in the back of their head, telling them to get into their suits.
Nakano San (in his 2 piece bikini) says the voice was similar to
that of a walrus. With all the distractions, Crione Man knocks
Mantaro into the ocean. Mantaro is splashing around and Crione
Man lassoes him back into the ring. Mantaro is covered in
crustaceans and star fish, and Crione begins to lick him.
Mantaro reaches out to hit Crione, but his hand gets stuck
inside Crione Man's torso. He tries to pull his hand free, and
uses his leg for leverage against the pull, but it gets sucked
in also. Before you know it, he is completely immersed in
Crione's body.
While Mantaro is in the fetal position inside Crione Man's
bloated body, Jade and Brocken Man Jr. discuss his chances for
victory. Brocken has confidence that Mantaro can't be to far
removed from his father. As he usually does in a tight spot,
Mantaro pisses himself, and Crione, disgusted at the filth,
expels him into orbit. After landing with a tremendous crash, he
gets up and Crione Man charges him. When he reaches him, Mantaro
puts Crione Man in a headlock, launches into the air and slams
Crione's head into the top of the ring post (Stone Cold
Steiner), as Crione did to Sieuchin with the XYZ Crash. He drops
the limp body of Crione Man into the sea and begins his victory
dance. After a while, Crione hasn't resurfaced and Mantaro lays
down to peer over the edge of the ring and something bursts
through the center of the mat and hovers above. We see the
shadow of a rather large squid!
Crione Man has morphed himself into a giant squid and spears
Mantaro in the gut with the pointed top of his squid head. Back
to Crione form, he morphs into his magnifying glass mode. As
Mantaro clutches his gut, Crione send a blast of sunlight that
causes Mantaro to erupt with flames. He jumps into the ocean
again to douse the fire. Crione sends another burst at Mantaro,
and Mantaro is seen sinking to the bottom of the ocean. In his
dire predicament, he tries to think happy thought to encourage
himself, but he is interrupted by a group of small octopi who
immerse him in ink. A minute later, Mantaro burst out of the
ocean, with octopi attached. He jumps toward Crione and the
octopi spray ink all over the lens of his magnifying glass. AS
he lands, there is banter about Mantaro being smart and
realizing that an ink covered lens can't focus light at him, but
he explains he thought if Crione got dirty, he would give up and
go home. Regardless, the move worked, and Mantaro, vowing
revenge for his defeated friends, sends a strong kick to the
lens, cracking it. |

12/14/02 |
Mantaro kicks the
lends again, this time shattering it, but Crione Man uses the
shards of glass, which have now morphed into sharp sea shells,
as projectiles, and pummels Mantaro with a barrage of flying
spears! He then morphs to a huge jelly fish and uses his
tentacles to slap the hell out of him. He morphs back to his
regular form and slams Mantaro to the canvas under his thighs.
Rinko, seeing enough, grabs Nakano San's microphone and cheers
on Mantaro over the loud speakers. She encourages him to fight
for his friends and his honor. Crione laughs at her attempt and
suplexes Mantaro into the ocean, where he sinks again. Crione
Man rises into the air and begins to suck in a vast amount of
air, while Mantaro, sinking farther, is rescued by the octopi,
who swim him towards the surface. Crione releases his gust of
air and freezes the ocean surface, and Mantaro is seen busting
through, encased in ice.
Crione sucks in the frozen Mantaro into his body again, as
Mantaro sinks this time into unconsciousness. He dreams of
Sieuchin as an angel coming to get him, and is suddenly
awakened. He realizes that the voice WAS Sieuchin who is sitting
ringside in his wheelchair. Terry the Kid is there in crutches
as is Gazelleman still bandaged up. They cheer on Mantaro.
Mantaro, now beginning to suffocate, tries to escape, but Crione
Man pops out the rib cage and traps him inside.
As Mantaro is trapped inside, the crowd seems to think he is
done for, but suddenly there appears a dark liquid streaming
inside of his body. Next we see the octopi climbing out of
Mantaro's outfit. Soon Crione's entire torso is black with ink,
and he decides to hurry up and finish it off with the XYZ Crash.
As Crione launches, Rinko grabs the mic again and encourages
Mantaro to fight on! As Crione Man begins his decent, Mantaro
powers up and breaks off a rib, using it to stab a hole in
Crione, big enough to get his arms out. He reaches out and grabs
the post, suspending them. AS they drop to the ring, Mantaro
still encased in Crione, Meat and the other wonder why Crione
was in such a rush to do the XYZ move. It is noticed that the
octopus ink is revealing his organs, and that is why he wanted
to finish Mantaro so quick, before his organs got noticed and
pummeled.
Suddenly a tropical storm appears and Sieuchin and the other
begin to chant "Mantaro, Mantaro" (Kid Muscle, Kid Muscle). Soon
the entire audience is cheering him on. Jade asks Brocken if the
cheers really help, and Brocken explains that the power of
friendship is the one of the greatest powers. Mantaro powers up
and begins to strain against the confines of the rib cage. Jade,
harkening Brocken's word, and wanting to help Crione Man, rushes
to the edge of the water and begins to cheer his compatriot on!
Crione tells him to stop making a fool of himself, that he needs
no help. He launches another XYZ Crash But Mantaro breaks free.
Crione lands with a thud, with a gaping hole in his midsection.
Mantaro sets up for a move we haven't seen yet, called the YOA
move or alphabet soup, and lands powerfully, winning the match.
He exclaims that he won because of the power of friendship! |

02/01/03 |
Mantaro (Kid Muscle) is
seen raising his arms in victory, as Crione Man (Hydrozoa) is
being driven away on a medical boat. Once ashore, they load his
stretcher into an ambulance, while Jade (Jaeger) stands by
worried. Scar Face (Eskara) razzes him about being concerned for
Crione, and tells him there isn't anything he can do, so stop
worrying. Jade gets pissed off and socks Scar Face right in the
jaw, sending him back. Right then, Crione calls to Jade. He says
that Scar Face is right, that there is nothing he can do for him
now, but that he saved his life in the ring. Jade is puzzled,
and explains that when Mantaro's friends were cheering him on,
they gave Mantaro power, while Crione's drained. It was only
when Jade began to cheer for him, that he was able to at least
lose with some dignity. He mentions that he was too proud to
accept the help while he was in the ring, but realizes the power
of friendship now. Jade starts to shed tears and Scar Face rags
on him again, they begin to argue again.
The scene opens with an aerial view of the ring and the
announcer says that Jade will Fight Scar Face in 30 minutes,
after lunch break. Inside the restaurant, Mantaro is working on
him bazillionth bowl of Gyuudon (beef rice bowl), and Meat
wonders where he puts it all. Gazelleman (Dik Dik van Dik) says
it's because he as all the empty space where his brain used to
be. Mantaro gets pissed but Rinko (Rochelle) buts in, explaining
that it's just some friendly ribbing. Tamaki and Keiko (Rinko's
friends) say that two stomachs and no brain would make Mantaro's
actions more explainable. Terry says that it is a parasite
living in Mantaro's stomach. But Sieuchin (Wally Tusket) comes
to the aid of Mantaro and says it is wrong to tease him for his
eating habits. They should be teasing him about his smell. The
guys bust out in laughter, as Mantaro goes into one of his
fantasy spells, saying that he is all alone, but he hears the
voice of one coming up the stairs to see him, he snaps out of
the dream and sees Sieuchin's sister coming up, saying that she
knew Mantaro had to be there, she could smell him. She is
followed up by Sieuchin's mom, and there is some more mindless
banter, when they notice that the water around the ring is being
covered with tiles, to form a floor. Mantaro whines about not
getting the same preference, when we cut to the ring, where Jade
is warming up with Brocken Jr. It is mentioned that with Brocken
in his corner, Jade will have a tremendous advantage. Scar face
is in his corner, leaning against the ropes. He asks Jade if he
wants to spice up the match with a few ring modifications, and
Jade agrees. Rinko wonders what the mods will be, and Mantaro
speculates that it could be the spider web modification, where
rope is tied all over the ring like a spider web. He also
speculates about maze walls installed, and the turnbuckles being
turned into fire hydrants. Gazelleman berates him for his
idiocy, as we see a cement truck pull ringside. When Brocken
sees the truck, he begins to freak out and shake uncontrollably.
As cement is poured out onto the canvas, Mac Metaphor (Japanese
name?) wonders about the cement and turns to get Nakano San's
(Doc Nakano's) opinion, but instead finds Sieuchin's little
sister. Cut to a scene with Nakano San bound to a chair under a
spotlight, similar to an interrogation room, and we see
Sieuchin's mother flatten him with a cement hammer. Back to
Sieuchin's sister, as she explains that the cement hammer caused
greater pain than a spring hammer would, and thus the added
cement to the ring. Brocken continues to freak out, as Jade
tries to calm him. Meat explains that he is traumatized by a
cement match he fought with Ramen Man along time ago, where he
was beaten pretty badly. And that it has left him scarred for
life. Jade helps Brocken to a chair, and Terry the Kid mentions
that Scar Face is pretty crafty, with Brocken out, Jade has lost
his edge.
Brocken is still immobilized by his trauma, but Jade gives him
some spark, as he mentions that he is deeply indebted to Brocken
for all his sacrifice. And that he can draw on his previous
training to defeat Scar face. Inside the ring, introductions are
made and Scar Face taunts Jade, causing Jade to charge. Jade
attacks with a flurry of kicks, but Scar Face dodges them all
and sets up Jade for a power slam onto the concrete. Jade
balances on his legs, using them for leverage, as they come
down, thus avoiding the mat. He reverses the hold, and slams
Scar Face tot he cement, with his knees deep into the sides of
Scar Face's mid section. Before Jade launches a flurry of
punches, he pauses. Scar Face taunts him to pummel him, but Jade
realizes that if he does, he will give Scar Face the leverage to
put him into a triangle arm hold. Jade uses his knees and thighs
as leverage to crush Scar Face's rib cage. He then switches to a
full body arm lock. On the side lines, Meat wonders why Brocken
is so traumatized. Scar face bends his arm and over powers the
arm lock. He reverses and puts Jade into a choke sleeper hold.
Jade starts to go blurry, but before he passes out, he hears
familiar voices from the crowd, cheering him on. He looks to see
a familiar woman. Flashback to when Jade was little, he is
approached by a smiling woman who gives him some hot dogs for
free, in support of his training to be a Justice Super Hero
(Muscle League). He is encouraged and launches himself and Scar
Face into the air, still in the choke hold.
In mid air, he flips up and boots the head of Scar Face, causing
him to release his choker. In the stands, Mantaro, dressed as a
young Jade, hits up the ladies for some free hot dogs, but she
clobbers him instead. In the ring, Jade slams Scar Face
backwards, head first into the concrete mat. But before he comes
down, Scar face turns his blade like locks into real blades and
uses them to absorb the shock of the impact. Jade is astonished
and Scar Face uses the pause to slice at Jade's gut with his
blades. Using his hair blades (Swallow Tail) he digs out a huge
divot of concrete and hurls it at Jade, smashing him into a
corner. Jade is in low spirits, but it seems that Brocken is
come alive again. He cheers Jade on, and explains to him that he
helped him to overcome his fear of cement, and that Brocken can
use his defeats as lessons to help Jade become a better
wrestler. Jade is encouraged, as Brocken tells him to be
flexible to defeat his opponent. He uses the Great Wind analogy,
about how the giant oak breaks in the harsh wind, but the
sapling doesn't because it can bend. It is flexible, and so,
overcomes adversity. Jade repeats this mantra to himself, as he
and Scar Face charge each other. |

02/01/03 |
Scar Face is sending a
flurry of attacks at Jade, and has been for the past 30 minutes,
but Jade has avoided everyone. Jade lands a brutal kick to Scar
Face's chest and is the process of another, when he gets knocked
to the canvas by a solid punch. On the way down, he kicks at
Scar Face and again, squeezes at Scar Face's midsection with his
thighs. Scar Face escapes this hold by using his Swallow Tail
hair to slash at Jades front torso, leaving deep gouges. Brocken
yells at Jade and Scar Face taunts Jade more, saying that
Brocken is a washed up has been. Jade is infuriated, but Scar
Face again digs out a concrete divot and hurls it at Jade. Scar
face is shocked as he sees the middle of the concrete begin to
melt away, and the sky turns red, symbolizing the Baron's Red
Rain (Red Rain of Pain).
Jade charges Scar Face, as he goes for the Red Rain, but Brocken
tells him to calm down, it is not time. Scar Face catches his
hand and while in the stand still, tells Jade that Brocken was
the one who burned down his families house, in order to get this
young apprentice to his side. He begins to try to twist
everything around to make Brocken out to be some monster. Jade
is infuriated and unleashes the Red Rain on Scar Face, sending
him tot he concrete. Brocken worries about Jade's lack of
control, and Jade turns on Brocken, chopping off part of the
corner post and hurling it at him. Scar Face gets up behind Jade
and Jade turns, charging him with his Red Rain again, but this
time, Scar Face catches the hand with his foot (claw), but Jade
sets him up for a Beef Cake hammer, which is reversed into a
side slam by Scar Face. Jade is smashed into the concrete. Jade
rises up and begins to yell at Brocken, telling him it is all
his fault and that he should go away and leave him alone. Scar
Face lowers his visor and as Jade again charges with the Baron's
Red Rain, but Scar Face shoots a beam from his visor at him, and
grabs his arn in a vicious arm lock. The hot dog lady berates
Jade for acting like a spoiled brat. She explains that they were
suspicious of Brocken at first, but one day they saw him
kneeling at the graves of Jade's aunt and uncle, he was talking
about how he appreciated them taking him in as their own when he
left Jade with them, but that he was ready to be the father that
he should. Jade is shocked to find out that Brocken is his dad.
Meanwhile, Scar Face has managed to cut off all blood supply to
Jade's hand, making it lame, and disabling his ability to use
the Red Rain. He then sets him up for his modified version of
the Kinniku-Buster, called the Ultimate Scar Buster. He lands,
shattering the ring and sending concrete shards everywhere. As
his limp body falls to the mat, Brocken recovers the Skull totem
that Jade had. Scar Face, victorious talks about demolishing
Mantaro next.
Scar Face is announced to be the winner, and lifts his Mask of
Madness to power down. Jade hobbles to stand and congratulates
Scar Face on his victory. Scar Face insults him as he crumbles
back to the canvas, and Mantaro jumps into the ring to stick up
for Jade and berate Scar Face for being a poor sport. They
starts to go at it, but Harabote (Vance McMadd) steps in between
them. Outside the ring, a teary eyed Brocken approaches Mantaro
and gives him the Skull. Meat explains that the Skull is a
powerful heirloom passed down from Brocken to Brocken, and
explains that Brocken must have a great deal of respect for
Mantaro to entrust him with the totem, as an aid to defeat Scar
Face. Harabote announces the final match in 4 days, but that
tonight it is going to be a gala event. Kevin Mask mumbles that
he will make sure Mantaro wins by default. At the gala, there
are lots of Chojins (Hercules Factory heroes) to be seen. Once
again we see Mantaro shoveling down the Gyuudon. Meat razzes him
again, and Mantaro breaks into his Cow Song routine. Scar Face,
surrounded by the ladies, shows off by squeezing a pineapple and
a apple into juice into a glass, and says that is what he will
do to Mantaro's head. Mantaro tries to sow him up by doing the
same with a watermelon, but only succeeds in juicing Rinko's
(Rochelle's) new designer outfit. She get pissed and pummels
him. Meanwhile a waiter purposely bumps into Scar Face, spilling
drink all over him. He apologizes profusely and explains that if
he will follow him, he will get him a fresh change of clothes.
After a log hall trip, Scar Face gets suspicious and questions
the waiter, who refers to him as "Mars". Scar Face/Mars is
surprised and grabs at the waiters head to pull off a mask and
reveal Kevin Mask. Kevin wastes no time in putting Scar
Face/Mars into a Tower Bridge hold.
While he has him in the Tower Bridge, Kevin Mask berates Scar
Face for his deception. He says he will reveal his identity to
Harabote, but Scar Face says he won't, because he owes him his
life. Flash back to Scar Face, Kevin Mask and others hanging on
for dear life to a spiked log over a pit of molten lava. Kevin
Mask slips and starts to fall, but Scar Face agrees to save him,
if he will reveal his father's secret to him. Kevin agrees and
is saved. Back to reality, Scar Face breaks free of the Tower
Bridge and slams Kevin to the ground. He says that if he tells
anyone, that Robin Mask will die. There is a crowd in the hall
way who hears the commotion, and as they approach, Kevin flees.
They get to Scar Face, who explains that he was ambushed, and
the group starts to go looking for the perp, but Scar Face warns
them off. Meanwhile the angry mob of Scar Face's lady fans
thinks that Mantaro was the culprit and chases him up and down
the halls. |

We see Mantaro (Kid
Muscle) on a cliff overlooking the sea, as the announcer
explains that he has demolished Scar Face, and there isn't
anything left for him to do. Rinko (Rochelle) comes up behind
him explaining that his dinner is ready, and he asks if the kids
are in bed, she says yes, and he mentions that he isn't really
hungry, hinting at something amorous. It is mentioned that
Mantaro has been a changed man, ever since he pummeled Scar Face
and proposed to Rinko in the ring thereafter. Cut to Mantaro and
Rinko being married by Meat. Time to kiss the bride, and she
morphs into Sieuchin (Wally Tusket). Mantaro wakes up, it's all
a dream. Scar Face (Eskara/Mars) is busy reading a news paper in
his hotel room, when he comes across an article about the power
of friendship and how it has propelled Mantaro to the finals. He
vows to get rid of the friends first. Later that night, as
Mantaro and company exit a diner, they are confronted by Scar
Face who taunts them. The guys charge him.
They charge him and he slashes Sieuchin and Gazelleman (Dik Dik
van Dik) and suspends them by their collars. A few more words
are exchanged and Scar Face slams down the two. Terry and
Mantaro charge, but Scar Face launches to avoid their attack.
The next day, Meat and Mantaro leave the hospital and Mantaro is
depressed because of his friends injuries. Meat counsels him and
explains that he needs to prep for the match tomorrow. When he
is done explaining, he notices that Mantaro has ditched again.
Kid is sitting alone somewhere, when he hears Rinko and the
girls talking on the other side of a fence. He listens more
closely and hears the girls talking about Mantaro, and about how
she would like to cuddle with him and take him for long walks
and how cute he is, etc. etc. Mantaro gets all jazzed up and
begins to daydream, which turns into the same dream as before
and he freaks and runs off. The girls are startled at the noise
and wonder what it was. Then they go back to cooing over the
puppy who Rinko has named Mantaro because of a similar tuft of
hair on his forehead. That night, Meat comes out of the house to
see what all the commotion is, and is amazed to see Mantaro
training so hard. He thinks it is because of his influence, but
Mantaro's inspiration is Rinko. He plans on proposing to Rinko
after beating Scar Face in the match tomorrow. The next morning,
there is a press conference and Nakano San is wondering where
the match will be held. Harabote (Vance McMadd) explains that
the new venue will be the coliseum from the Hercules Factory. We
see multiple space ships ferrying in the huge venue and it is
almost dropped on Harabote's head.
The crowds are lining up to get the tour of the new venue, and
Harabote leads the way. Along the way, they pass by numerous
statues of champions and Meat points out a short stocky one and
pokes fun at it. Harabote is irked, it is a statue of him.
Inside the inner sanctum, there are huge gold statues of the
best fighters, Terry Man, Ramen Man, Kinnikuman Suguru (King
Muscle), Robin Mask and Warsman. Down inside the coliseum, the
place is packed! Mantaro is announced and a platform is raised
from the ground with that same action figure packaging as
before. Mantaro is HUGE. He busts through the plastic bubble ad
makes his way to the top. All the exercise has buffed him out,
and he is also wearing the Brocken Skull around his neck. He is
pumped up because of his inspiration from Rinko and takes note
of her on his way to the ring. Scar Face is introduced and he
exits the packaging and walks slowly to the ring. He sees Kevin
Mask in the stands and grumbles a bit. Cut to Kevin Mask and we
see Brocken approaching behind him, coming down the stairs. He
takes the seat directly in front of Kevin and hints that Kevin
is hiding a secret. Kevin, of course, denies this. Referees are
announced and it is Buffalo Man, Rikishiman and Jessie Maybia
who will officiate. Inside the ring, Mantaro and Scar Face are
warming up, when the bell is tolled. Scar Face charges, but
Mantaro dodges with lightning fast speed.
Mantaro comes at him with super quick Mongolian chops to the
sides of his neck. Unrelenting, he manages to injure Scar Face.
He starts to dream of Rinko again. Scar face swings a few times
at Mantaro, and misses every time as Mantaro skillfully dodges.
He manages to catch his arm, and Scar Face tosses Mantaro at the
ropes for a ricochet. As Mantaro comes off the ropes, he turns
and farts, launching himself out of range of Scar Face's
impending attack. The coliseum gags at the stench, and Scar face
is momentarily dazed, allowing Mantaro opportunity to land a
vicious pile driver. Rinko's puppy takes off at the smell of the
fart and Rinko begins to chase him. Mantaro is showboating on
the corner post of the ring while Meat yells at him to keep his
focus. Rinko nears the ring yelling for Mantaro (her puppy) and
Mantaro (wrestler) thinks she is calling for him. He sees her
scoop up the puppy and realizes that the conversation he
overheard on the other side of the fence the day before was
about the puppy, not him. He is disheartened and flops to the
canvas. As he is sitting there, Scar Face towers over him.
Grabbing his arm in an arm lock, he slams to the canvas, putting
Mantaro in excruciating pain. He lets up and Mantaro rises,
grabbing at his arm. Scar Face launches for a reverse flip off
the corner top rope, and lands a HUGE belly flop on the middle
of Mantaro's back. |

03/01/03 |
Mantaro (Kid Muscle) is
rolling around in the fetal position crying and whimpering,
while Scar Face(Eskara) stands triumphantly. Some banter follows
and Mantaro bursts out laughing. He tells Scar Face to go ahead
and finish him off, so the match can be done with, and Scar Face
obliges and launches into the air. From the crown, Kevin Mask
yells at Mantaro to get up and fight, but Brocken Jr. admonishes
him to sit down and be quiet. He says that Mantaro may have a
sneaky move up his sleeve. Coming down, Scar Face positions
himself for a huge belly flop on Mantaro, but Mantaro leaps into
the air to catch him in the Kinniku-Buster. Scar Face says he
was expecting that, and slips his head free from Mantaro,
reversing it into a falling pedigree. He slams Mantaro's back,
neck and shoulders violently into the canvas. Mantaro is down.
Scar Face rants and raves about the flaws of the Kinniku-Buster
and how he perfected the move by adding the triangle leg lock
over the opponents head, and renamed it the Ultimate Scar
Buster. Mantaro gets up, pissed that he is insulting his move.
Scar Face insists that it is outdated, and Mantaro locks him
into another Kinniku-Buster and launches up. The debate
continues in the air, and Scar Face once again roves his point,
but this time, he does the "Number Crunch" and reverses their
positions by spinning clockwise, with Mantaro now locked in the
Kinniku-Buster. He lands, and before Mantaro passes out, he
pleads with Meat to tell him that the Kinniku-Buster is not
flawed, but that somehow, he screwed it up. Meat shakes his
head, and admits that the Kinniku-Buster isn't perfect, and
Mantaro falls to the canvas, out like a light. Scar Face boasts
that the Number Crunch is old also. Buffalo Man confirms this,
as he was the one to do it on Kinnikuman Suguru in their youth.
But how does Scar Face know of this only the Seigi Chojins
(Muscle Leaguers) are supposed to know about this. Scar Face
starts to stomp Mantaro, while he is out, taunting him to get
up. Kevin gets up to stop him, but Brocken says that the damage
is already done. Kevin explains that Scar Face is just getting
started.
Rikishiman yells at Scar Face to stop stomping his unconscious
opponent, that is is not becoming of a Hercules Factory
Graduate. Scar Face ignores him. Kevin and Brocken Man continue
their conversation, and Brocken coaxes him into telling what he
knows about Scar Face. Buffalo Man and Rikishiman approach the
ring to pull Scar Face off, but just them Kevin Mask runs up to
ringside to confess his secrets. Scar Face seeming a bit
worried, tells Kevin to butt out. Kevin starts to speak, and he
flashes back to the deal he made on the log when Scar Face saved
his life in return for the secrets about his father. Scar Face
warns Kevin to shut up, but Kevin continues, explaining that
Scar Face knows about the Kinniku-Buster weaknesses because he
told him about them. Kevin knew because his father had broken
confidence and told him. He also explains that his true name
isn't Scar Face, but rather Malice (Mars), and that he is pure
evil. Scar Face tells Kevin that he is shamed, now that the
secret is out that he betrayed his father, and his father, the
Seigi Chojins (Muscle League). Brocken tries to console him,
explaining that everyone makes mistakes, but Scar Face says that
Kevin has hidden an even greater secret. Scar Face is DMP.
Scar Face shows his DMP insignia and explains that when Sunshine
blew up the DMP headquarters, he emerged unscathed and highly
pissed. He decided he would dismantle the Hercules Factory from
within, and then demolish their best wrestler to prove himself
as the new leader of the DMP! There are calls for Harabote
(Vance McMadd) to disqualify Scar Face because he is DMP, and
has no place in the tournament. Scar Face says he has already
accomplished what he came for, and points to the prone body of
Mantaro, and says it doesn't matter if he is disqualified. Scar
Face leaves the ring and begins to walk away, when Harabote
yells for him to stop. He says that Scar Face graduated the
Hercules Factory and therefore has every right to be in the
tournament. As Scar Face returns to the mat, Brocken says that
he will avenge Jade. He calls out to Jade, and we see Jade
stirring in the ICU of a hospital. He awakens and screams. Scar
Face launches to finish off Mantaro, and while falling down,
prepares for a Swallow Tail Attack, and converts his feathers
into blades. While Scar Face is coming down, the Skull on
Mantaro's neck begins to glow. Scar Face lands his attack, but
is surprised to find himself stuck in the canvas, and Mantaro up
and standing. It is noticed that Mantaro may be up, but he still
has the blank eyes, as if he is still out of it. AS the Skull
begins to glow again, Mantaro raises his arms and shouts
(similar to Jade), and we see the face of Jade superimposed in
the background. |
